Join us this coming Tuesday, 6/18, for a bit of trail work and cheatgrass mitigation on some of the campus trails. We’ll be meeting at the lower Signal Peak trailhead where the Canal Trail meets Escalante Rd. at 4pm. We’ve got some heavy drainage to install just above the Canal Connector trail, as well as some cheatgrass pulling and bagging on a sizable patch just east of Old Car trail. We’ll work until 7pm, followed with some grilling and relaxing canal-side.
